As we trusted each other, we managed to deliver around 160 tons of humanitarian aid to Chernihiv under the "Grad" shellings, bullets and explosions.
Reports on FBAfter the de-occupation of the Chernihiv region, we faced huge numbers of homeless people. In some parts, houses turned into pieces of stone and ground. That's why we created a charity organization "Chernihiv Renovation Fund".
Our main goal is to restore housing and coach local community members to build prefabricated, inexpensive, energy-saving, practical buildings
Another important component of the activity of the Found is its financial support by the local businesses, which understand the urgency and importance of creating housing for the citizens. In perspective, under favorable conditions, we are planning to develop the project at the national level.
The receivers of the house and the community residents will be involved in the construction process on a volunteer basis.
The first step is to build 10 pilot houses. Then, analyze the experience of building in new conditions, enhance the process and continue delivering.
We will create a video course and a handbook «Step-by-step house constructing» and support people in the construction of their own houses.
This is a frame house based on Canadian technology, reliably insulated and has 2 heating systems (electric and solid fueled). This construction is really efficient and low-priced. The cost is 30% lower than any other projects of the same level.
3 weeks for making and drying of column basement
3 weeks for constructing the rest of the house.
